WE STARTED OUR BIKE RIDE DOWN SOME STEEP MOUNTAIN TRAILS. I FELL TWICE AND BILL FELL ONCE (WE ARE NOT AS YOUNG AS WE THINK).

THEN ON OUR WAY BACK WE TOOK A STEEP ROAD BACK THEN CUT THROUGH ON SOME MOUNTAIN TRAIL BACK TO THE TRUCK. WE WENT ABOUT 9 MILES. STARTED AT 7 AM AND GOT HOME AT 10:30 AM. I WAS EXHAUSTED ALL DAY SUNDAY, I THOUGHT I HAD A LITTLE HEAT EXHAUSTION. WE HAD WATER PACKS ON OUR BACK AND MADE SURE WE DRANK PLENTY OF WATER. WE DECIDED TO DO SOME HILLS CLOSE TO OUR HOME FIRST BEFORE JOURNEYING UP TO THE MOUNTAINS FOR TOUGH TRAILS. BILL AND I HAVE LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT SINCE MARCH 1ST AND WORKING OUT 3 DAYS A WEEK. WE ARE TRYING TO BE MORE ACTIVE AND WE BOTH THOUGHT WE WERE IN BETTER SHAPE. WE ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE UP. |
