One minute it is snowing and the next it is sunny and bright....

This morning I took Chiquita for a walk and it had just finished snowing and the mountains were covered with snow and it was pretty chilly.

TULIP TIME---April 21st, 2010 (BEFORE)
My tulips are coming up, I am so excited. These pots are by our front door and I also have tulips coming up in the front yard lining the sidewalk up to the front door.
I love this time of year when everything is new and there is a sign of rebirth all over with the trees in full bloom as well. My neighbor told me to mix an egg in a bowl and put it in a spray bottle and add water to it. Then spray it on the tulips this keeps the deer from eating the tulips. Clever idea!!
SPRING TIME-GARDEN FUN!!!!!!
You all know the story of the "Little Red Hen" right?
Characters: Bill is the Red Hen,
Cindy is the cat,
Landon is the dog,
The Red Hen (Bill) wanted to make a garden, who will help me get the soil ready? Not I said the cat (Cindy) I hurt my knee. Not I said the dog (Landon) I have school, work and homework. Ok then I will do it myself, and the Red Hen did (Bill).
Then the Red Hen asked who will help me plant the seeds? I will, said the cat (Cindy) if I wear my knee brace, I think I will be alright. Not I said the dog, I have way to much homework to do and have no time to spare. Then the Red Hen and Cat began planting the seeds untill they were satisfied. They watered the garden and watched the sun shinning on their garden. Now they are waiting patiently for the seeds to grow so someday they will have a great harvest.
We planted carrots, onions, cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, beets, watermelon and cantelope. We are going to buy tomatoe plants and plant them this weekend.

I just love it when I get my hair done every 4 weeks, it makes me feel so good!!!
I go to Salon Synergy and they had these cute headbands so I thought I would buy one to change my hairstyle for a more casual everyday look. I like it what do you think??
I was actually on my way to work after I got my hair done.
