Landon and I left Arizona sunday Aug 1,2010 at 2p.m to drive back to Utah. We arrived home at 2am monday morning. I was so surprised to see how well our garden had been doing. We have large tomatoes, zucchini, cantalope are growing, carrots are ready to harvest. Our tomatillos and green peppers are also ready to harvest. We have a large variety of tomatoes from cherry-roma-and large vine tomatoes. It is so fun to weed and see what is growing and then pick the veggies. I also included a picture of some tomatoes and peppers I harvested after I did about 2 hours of weeding.

Craig, Kim and Cienna came by the pool to see us. They brought their new schnasser dog-Chloe. Diego loved the dog and held his face, Chloe just loved him back. Sweet dog and baby. Craig just loved giving Diego some lovin...

MORE WATER FUN!!!

LANDON AND KAILEN ARE SO GOOFY TOGETHER. THEY HAD A GREAT TIME-JUST LIKE THE GOOD-OLE DAYS.

Lazy summer days out in the pool, playing with friends and keepin myself cool. Kailen, Kara and their kids (cody, and ally) came to swim with us for a few days. Kailen and Landon had a great time together playing with the kids.

The first day at grandmas house (thursday), Diego was so tired, he was sitting up on Russ's lap and his head was down. We did not think he was sleeping, then as I got closer he had fallen asleep as fast as could be. Russ loved holding him and Diego liked him too.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday we went swimming over at Grandma T. Gruvers Community pool, it was much cooler than Dev's so we made the long trip for 3 days. The kids had long days- so on the way home they would fall asleep in the car. Here are just a few pictures to show how tired they were.

PLAYING WITH STETSON AND A PICTURE WITH GRANDPA COOK

On Wednesday 28 of July (2010) We took the kids to Grandma and Grandpa Cook's house to visit. They have never seen Diego. We had a nice visit with Allyson,Stetson (her baby 11 mos), Grandma and Pa Cook. Diego and Stetson played on the floor together and we took some pictures of everyone. Then we went to eat at "Tia Rosa's", Landon and I were craving their fish tacos. Then we went with Landon to get his hair trimmed and then back to Devin's.

Landon and I spent time with the kids during the day, and then with Devin and Miranda at night. We went to see Ashley and Jessie on Tuesday night for a few hours, they were getting ready for a trip to Lake Havasu. They left thursday morning so we only saw them once. Some of the things we did with the kids-went to the mall and walked around and bought frozen yogurt-Yummy! We went to the Library and Aubrey checked out a book to read, we got Diego 3 hard books with pictures.

Arizona Trip July 24-Aug 1 2010

Devin had asked me to come and baby sit Diego and Aubrey while he and Miranda went to Las Vegas for the week-end. Landon decided to drive me down, since airline tickets were expensive. The rode trip was fun for me and Landon, we visited and got to just be together. We left at midnight on saturday night and arrived at Devin's at noon on sunday. I slept in the care for a few hours, but felt like I should help Landon stay awake and watch out for deer through Dixie Forest. We spotted 7 deer in different areas. A doe was walking across the highway while her fawn followed her. I was a little jumpy and did not know what the deer would do. Landon is a good driver and stays alert. But I can not help it, I always worry until we get there safe and sound. After we arrived at Devin's we took Diego and Aubrey out to their pool for a swim we had a fun time. But it is so hot that the pool water was pretty warm too. Diego is 9 mos and crawling and sitting up. Aubrey is 11 yrs old and going into the 6th grade.
