Sharae and Joes family came to visit November 23, 2012 - friday. The day after Thanksgiving.

Aunt Ashley and baby Charlotte (3 mos. old).  Ashley just cuddled with her little niece as much as she could.

Took the kids( Asher 4 and Ian 6) to the park several times to play.  It was so cold we did not stay long.

Ashley just got off work friday evening and met us at Garcia's, Mexican food is always good after all that turkey.  Charlotte is in the car seat, you can not see her in the picture.

This is the kids getting ready for their trip home. Rae and Joe have a small T.V for them to watch cartoons and movies to keep them entertained. I gave them a few treats to eat on their way.  We had a lot of fun.

I just got home from work on friday Nov 23, and just can not get enough of my sweet Charlotte.  She is the best baby and beautiful.  She is talking now and loves attention.  We all just eat her up.

We got a baby sitter for the kids and all of us went to see the last Twilight movie "Breaking dawn Part-2".   Dad, me, Ash, Joe and Rae first went to eat lunch at Zupa's then we got popcorn and goodies for the movie.  Me and the girls have been waiting a long time for this movie to come out.  We all agreed it was one of the better ones.  Sharae could not help turning into a vampire after the movie- yeeck.

Another walk to the park, Asher loves to swing really high.  Ian does not like to go high and likes to pump him self.

Friday was a special day for Uncle Landon.  This was the first time he got to see his new little niece Charlotte (3 mos old).  He could not get enough of her either.  Then he had to go to work.  She loved uncle Landon.

November 22, 2012-Thursday. THANKSGIVING DAY

We made our meal really simple this year.  Ashley had just finished working a night shift 6-6am in the ER.  Landon worked his night shift as a phlebotomy coordinator at Primary Children's hospital .  They both had slept 4-5 hours.  We ate dinner at 1 p.m

Ashley and Landon were not happy about pictures since they just woke up.  But Bill and I did it for the memories.  Ashley has been living with us due to her divorce since October.  Landon graduates with his Bachelors in Social Work in December.

Bill and I bought a pre cooked Turkey and ham.  We had the usual mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, rolls, dressing and vegetables.

I was on call for recovery today from 2-10 p.m.  Just after we finished eating at 1:30 the hospital called me in to be there at 2 p.m and I worked till 5:00p.m, I came home and was not called in again that night.  I was so glad.

November 19, 2012- 35th Wedding Anniversay

I did not have to work today, I called Bill and invited to take him to dinner-his choice for our anniversary.  When he came home he brought me 2 dozen yellow roses, they were gorgeous.  We got dressed up and Bill picked the Olive Garden to go for dinner.  We split a very nice meal and got a extra salad, plus a desert to share.  It was a fun evening.
