Before Christmas I tool Chiquita to the Vet to have her worsening coughchecked they did another X-ray. I found out Friday Jan 4th that hercancer came back. Because her Trachea is mor narrow the Dr. Put her onLasix for the fluid in her lungs, Tussicon for her cough and prednisonefor inflammation. We just want her to be comfortable. It has been avery emotional day for me.

Happenings this past year 2013

• Ashley celebrated Landon's 27th birthday here in Utah with us, then left February 28th and moved back to Colorado Springs-sad day for us.
• Bill and I got scuba certified in diving.
• Landon, Ashley, me and Bill went on a Norwegian cruise from New Orleans in April.  Went to Roaton, Belize, Costa Maya and Cozumel.  It was wonderful. This was me and Bill's first open water dive.
• Celebrated Sharae and Charlotte's August birthdays in Ammon Idaho.  Sharae turned 30 and Charlie 1 yr old.  Sharae did a color vibe run for her birthday.  Then Bill and I gave her a birthday celebration at "the olive garden".
• Chiquita was diagnosed with right sided lung cancer and had surgery lobectomy.
• Sharae's family came for a visit and we went to Lagoon and hiking.
• Grandma Cook, Betty Jo and Allison came to visit for the first time since we have been living in Utah.  We went to the 24th of July parade in Salt Lake.  We had a fun time with them. Sharae brought her family down to also see Grandma Cook.
• Uncle Marvin had a stroke while driving to his cabin.  Mom, Russ, Craig and Stuart came for the funeral.  We all went to the viewing.
• We took the Charlotte, Ian and Asher to swim at Cherry hill while Joe and Sharae went on their anniversary celebration to Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Ashley and Ben came for a visit to pick up Ashley's furniture from storage and she took her piano.  Sharae surprised Ash and drove down to spend an evening with her sister.
• Nov 14th Bill had prostate surgery.  He was diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year.  
• Aunt Dorene passed away after struggling with stomach cancer.  Mom and Russ came to stay with us and attended the funeral.
• Sharae's family came to Utah to spend Thanksgiving with us for a few days.
• December 7th I had my work Christmas party at our home.  We had 20 people come due to a terrible snow storm.
