| The Brigham City Temple was just dedicated the last part of September, 2012. |

| It is a very small temple and endowment sessions are by appointment only. I tried to make an appointment but they were full, so mom and I went anyway and got right in for the 12:30 p.m session |

| Hence, the erected date on the temple. I told mom we just have to take a picture at this spot. Now, I am glad I did. |

| When we had down our endowment session, we drove along highway 89 and ate a late lunch, early dinner at the famous "Maddox restaurant" known in Utah for their beef and chicken. Mom and I split the fried chicken dinner. They take the skin off the chicken and fry it. It is sooooo good and the meat is soooooo tender. The rolls had a raspberry butter spread. We got a homemade coconut pie and took it home to share with Bill, Ash and Landon. On the way home we saw a field of Elk and stopped by the side of the road to watch them for a few minutes. It was a fun day with my mom. |
