And this is what it looks like Friday, January 24 outside of our hotel on this is around 11 o'clock in the morning there's no sun inside and it's rained a little bit so I don't think my days going to be out by the pool so instead we're going to go down to the flea market take the bus down to the flea market come back and see what the weathers like
And of course like everyplace revisited there's tons of Artisian's in markets that you can buy things inside these am popular sites and everything we looked that we thought we don't need this is just junco we get home so anyway was quite fascinating and everybody as we walk by the Mayans would lower their prices to get you to buy something but it was a little bit better than being in Egypt Egypt they harassed Asaba time
This building you see is where the king and queen would sit to watch the games that they would have they would chew seven players from different tribes to come and play game called football he would wear a shoe on the right foot and go barefoot on the left and they would kick a ball through the small rings on the sides of the walls if they lost the game they would be beheaded their head would be displayed on the wall called the school wall for all to see they had spectators sharing the players on
Here IM in the friend of the pyramid which shows different aspects of each corner represents north-south east and west the stairs represent 52 which is the weeks of the year each level has is very signs of the astronomy and at the very top is a hole in the tower which if you Stanback and clap you can hear the rest notes from that.
Today Jan 22, 2014. Today we were picked up at our hotel to be taken to Chi chén Itzá. We stopped at another cenote (sink hole). We decided not to swim, it was a short swim of 1 hour before we got back on the bus. Bill and I are standing in front of one of the sink holes. We looked around and watched the Mayan dancers.
