| We have done lots of sharing to others from our garden. But we still have so much, We took some Zucchinis to Sharaes and she had plenty from her own garden. So she gave me this wonderful recipe "Zucchini Salsa" it is really delicious. So Bill and I made 12 jars of this salsa for our food storage. It is good with chips, on enchiladas or hotdogs. It is more like a relish, thanks Rae. I took some to work and the women loved it and asked for the recipe to make their own. |

| We also made Bill's famous regular tomato salsa and of course it is great. It took us all day. We still have a lot more to harvest from our garden. But I think this is all I want to can right now. We will probably give the rest away. |
