| After shopping at the new "City Creek mall" in Salt Lake we ate a late lunch at the Cheese cake factory. |

| Landon bought some new clothes at Nordstroms for school. |

| We sat outside and the weather was beautiful. I had a delicious Asian Chicken salad and Landon had Jambalaya chicken and shrimp. This was also our dinner since we ate at 4PM. We took cheese cake home for later. I shared my caramel turtle cheesecake with Bill and Landon got Cookie dough cheesecake and took it to work the next day. |

| I love spending time with Landon and I know I will look back to the wonderful times and memories we had together. |
