Today October 27, 2011 we were on the ship all day. We worked out in the gym, went out by the pool and lounged and sat in the Jacuzzi. The weather was really nice and the Mediteranena sea was beautiful. We ate lunch. We went back to our room to shower, it was then I discovered I had NO hair products ( I had not washed my hair till now) I had no shampoo, flat iron or round brush. We had unpacked our suitcases the night before and had not noticed they were missing. We looked all over and tryed to figure out what happened? Did the airport conviscate the items? Did I forget them in our hotel room in Paris? I spent the rest of the day trying to figure out what to do. Bill offered to go let me get my hair done in the ships salon. Then we thought on our next port to Greece we could look for some hair products. Unfortunately, whenever you are out of the U.S.A it is impossible to find the right things. I fixed my hair the best I could and wore hats alot until I found something in Greece. It made us so mad because we knew we had packed everything in the Paris hotel and I did not wash my hair there since we were only there for 1 day and then up early to fly to Rome to get on the Cruise ship. This is something I will never forget. Bill kept saying "Just roll with it Cindy" well, I don't do that very well. It was several days till I could find a small round brush to blow dry my hair at all. For any women this was a sacrifice for me. I had been so prepared 2 weeks before our trip and had everything organized and packed, and then this happened. We figured it was taken from my suitcase from Paris to Rome. The mystery of the lost HAIR SUPPLY'S remains a mystery....
