My last day of work was Dec 22,2009 before the holidays. I am not scheduled again until January 4,2010. Ashley and Jess flew in to be with us for Christmas on Dec 23-28,2009. We had a great time with them and did lots of fun things, mostly just enjoyed being together for the holidays. We picked them up at the airport at 4:30P.M and came back to the house and had Pizza and watched a Movie and just hung out and visited. Thursday morning we made Cinnamon rolls( the batch I made earlier were to give out to neighbors). Ashley opened her Christmas present from us on Thursday morning, she knew we got her a coat, and Jesse bought her one also. She wanted to try to exchange it for something else. She liked it so much she decided to keep it. All of them (Landon, Bill, Jesse and Ashley) had to finish a little bit of shopping. I stayed home to finish the cinnamon rolls and start the prep for making Tamales. Christmas eve was nice, we made tamales and had cheese enchiladas with homemade salsa. It was fun, then we played a game and each one had to choose a Christmas song for all of us to sing, then that person could open a gift. We read from the scriptures the Christmas story.
