ALMOST DONE.

We laid about 1ooo square feet of grass, we are almost done. We took it to the fence line and did the islands in front as well. It is not so bad when you have lots of good help. We are thankful to our neighbors for their willingness to help.

LAYING GRASS.

On October 17, 1009 (Saturday) We began the task of laying grass. It was a beautiful fall day with temperature 75 and sunny. While Bill was starting to lay the grass, our neighbors (the Chase's) came over and just started helping. We got the job done in half the time. They have 6 kids, 4 of them helped. I will never forget this kind neighborly gesture. It goes to show that there are good people in the world who believe in serving others.

I love taking Chiquita for walks on these cool brisk fall days, We go all over on the mountain. I have not seen any deer yet.

Fall pictures around our neighborhood

The leaves are bright red now, it was beautiful to see them change from green to orange and yellow then red. I really love the 4 seasons.

LANDONS ROOM

Landon came to visit for the week-end 10-09 to 10-11. We fixed up his room and put in storage his leopard bedding he had in High School. It turned out nice and our whole house coordinates well with these colors. He moves back home in December and will attend Univ. of Utah.

We just put in the curbing and planted some trees.

IT IS LOOKING MORE LIKE A YARD EVERYDAY.
