HAPPY 26TH BIRTHDAY LANDON.

Today I worked from 6 to 2:30 p.m and Landon had school all day. Bill has been working in Logan for the past month so he has an hour drive to and from work. We all met up at the "Texas Roadhouse Grill" for Landon's Birthday dinner. We ordered the onion blossom, Landon got the ribs (one of his favorites). Bill and I split the steak and I got the Salad. There was a lot of left overs to take home.

The waiters and waitresses sang Happy Birthday to Landon and made him sit on this saddle.

Landon requested a ice cream cake for his birthday. I made this on Saturday so it would be ready by Monday for Landon'd birthday. The cake had s'mores ice cream with a layer of crushed s'mores cookies, then cookies and cream ice cream with crushed Oreo's layered and topped with whipped cream

Landon did not want any presents. So we gave him a card that said We would help him with his Jordan internship in May. He was excited about that, and all he wants right now is to cover those expenses for 3 mos. He is trying to get a scholarship to help with some of the cost. We will probably get the plane ticket for him to help out.

I had balloons that had 26 on them.

After we ate dinner, we came home and had Landon's ice cream cake after lighting 26 candles and singing happy birthday to him.

VALENTINES DAY-FEBRUARY 14, 2012

Chiquita is wearing her valentines coat with fur around the hood. She does not like going for walks when it snows, so I have to bundle her up so she won't be cold, she is my baby.

Ashley and Jessie's home in Monument, Colorado. It has been remodeled and so they are renting while Jessie is doing work for "Holder Construction" Ashley got a new job in Colorado Springs, she will be in PACU-the Operating room as a recovery nurse. I am excited for her at least she will have decent hours and not have to work grave yards like she did in Washington. Yeah Ash we are happy for you.

Their Master bedroom is on the first floor by the entrance. I love the colors, You always do such a good job decorating and make it "YOUR OWN HOME".

We finally got snow 2 weeks after Christmas January 8,2012.

We did not have a white Christmas like I was hoping. It was cold enough and we were all wishing for snow. But it did not happen this year.
Even though we did not have snow. I loved Christmas this year, We got to attend Church at 9 am and the spirit was so strong today. It was hard not to be emotional thinking of the events that led to the Saviors birth. It was wonderful to sing Christmas Hymns and the speakers were great. I wished we could go to church every Christmas morning to set the stage for the true meaning of Christmas.
