the guy on the left is snoozing while the guy in the red shirt is singing the blues.

We enjoyed some art outside.  Ashley loved several of the pictures but chose not to spend her money.

there were a lot of horse carriages outside of Plaza De Armas.

In side the Plaza De Armas.

picture taken across the street,

Many buildings look very french with lots of flowers hanging off of the balcony's

If you live in New Orleans you love the Crawfish, or known as Crawdads. Yuck not me.....

first, they boil them (i am not sure for how long)

then they get dumped on a table

at this particular restaurant it was "all you can eat dinning"

so you fill your plate as high as you want.

and chow down.....

After we did a little sight seeing in New Orleans. We built up an appetite for the famous New Orleans Cafe du monde.

The lines are long and for a good reason.

they serve wonderful  french donuts called Beneighs

They are marvelous especially with a lot of powdered sugar.

We each had 2, with a glass of milk

Yummy, yummy!!!

Saying good-bye to the ship and hello to New Orleans.

Saturday April 20th was our day at sea as we headed back to New Orleans.

Today we were sad because as we headed back to New Orleans at left the Caribbean ocean.  The Gulf of Mexico's water was pretty choppy again and the sun was not out for the whole day.  Bill and I slept in a bit, then went to the gym to exercise.  We had lunch with Ashley and Landon and went to dinner and the evening show which was called "Elements" it was really good.  In the morning we will be in New Orleans for 2 days.

Bill and I went to meet up with our scuba diving group and Landon and Ashley took a Taxi to go and spend the day snorkeling and enjoying the beach.  The water was clear and amazing.

Ashley was glad to see a Starbucks in Cozumel.  She headed over to get her beverage for the day.
